WE ARE MOVING!

A lot of you have known we have been working on something for quite a long time now and it’s been our best kept secret!!!

We are so excited to announce that we will be MOVING our gym to a bigger and better facility by the beginning of May 2024! Only 4 miles from where we are now!

We know the current facility has limited us with space and we knew that going in. We all start somewhere and we are so glad it was here because of the journey we’ve had with every single one of our amazing members. We thank each and every one of you for seeing our vision for seeing our dream and sticking by us through everything. Loyalty in this industry means more than you could ever know.

It is time to give back to our current members and the Rochester community and provide something that has never been done in Rochester Minnesota. Amenities like none before, space for the best equipment out there, lounge & kitchen area for all to enjoy. And much more!!

We can’t wait to share this journey with you all. Of course all current members will be grandfathered into their current rates. & will be kept in the loop the whole time:)

Going forward for the next month, we will be having temporary staffed hours and will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY as we transition.
